Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Creative Hinges. These Terms of Service apply to our website, digital products, marketing services, and online tools. By using our website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Specific proposals, order forms, or written service agreements may include additional terms. If they conflict with these general terms, the specific agreement controls for that purchase.

Our Services

Creative Hinges provides marketing services and digital products, which may include websites, design, lead-generation tools, software subscriptions, and AI-powered features. Features, availability, and pricing may vary by product or plan. We may update our offerings over time.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, search rankings, or other business results unless expressly agreed in writing.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

If a service requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse our website or tools, interfere with their operation, upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, send spam, or use our services for fraudulent or misleading activity. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or legal rights.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations

Prices, billing intervals, setup fees, and any minimum commitments are shown at checkout or in your written agreement. Subscription services renew for the stated billing period until canceled. You authorize the recurring charges disclosed when you subscribe.

You may cancel products and services at any time through the available account or billing options, or by emailing our team. For recurring subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals and access generally continues through the paid billing period.

Custom services: When we plan or perform work in advance for your business, we require at least 30 days' written notice before cancellation takes effect. Charges for work already completed and any other amounts due under your service agreement remain payable.

Past payments and completed setup or project work are generally nonrefundable, except as required by law or stated in your purchase terms.

Content and Ownership

You keep ownership of content, logos, images, and other materials you provide, and you confirm that you have permission to use them. You give us permission to use those materials as needed to deliver the services you request.

Creative Hinges retains ownership of its existing software, templates, systems, code, and methods. Any ownership transfer or license for a custom deliverable will be described in your project agreement. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our tools or templates without permission.

AI and Automated Tools

Some services use chatbots or artificial intelligence to generate answers, text, graphics, or other content. AI output may contain mistakes and should be checked before you publish it or rely on it for important decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content used in your business.

Do not enter passwords, payment card information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information into our chat tools. Information about chat records and data handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Our products may connect with outside platforms for payments, hosting, messaging, advertising, scheduling, or other features. Those providers have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, fees, or decisions made by third-party providers that we do not control.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We work to keep our services reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, our website and tools are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Creative Hinges is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for a claim related to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes to an ongoing paid service will be communicated when required by law or your agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
